This is the nicest Playa Bowls we’ve ever been in and we used to own one! 🤣 It’s so clean and kept up. It’s not sticky, there’s no spilled fruit on the found, no overflowing trash, and no honey on and tables from sloppily-made bowls. The staff is always so friendly and sweet! The Manager does an incredible job making sure the team keeps the prep area clean and sanitary, as well. In addition, the bowls and smoothies are really well made and delicious! Last week we got smoothies and they were thick and yummy! Today we got bowls (customized since we’re used to making whatever bowls we wanted when we owned our store), and they were made quickly and correctly! It was probably the best bowl I’ve had (that I didn’t make myself 😆)! Of course I didn’t actually take pictures of our bowls. I only took pictures of the clean store 🤣 The team (or maybe customers) decorated the stools and garbage can lids with stickers which looks really cool. We used to try to scrub them off our furniture, and looking back on that now it was dumb. It looks good with the stickers and flows well with the beachy vibe. We’re going to come back every weekend when we do our grocery shopping!

I’ve been wanting to try Playa for a few years now….I decided to treat my co-workers to 2 bowls and one smoothie. I ordered Half and Half base of Coconut and matcha which were options located on your website. I did not receive that; in fact I barely received any coconut base at all. Your representative could have pointed out that I either made a mistake on your website and it was false advertising or simply told me my options the same way I'll explain later for another order. My Bowl was mostly granola and coconut flakes. I couldn’t even get a spoon full of base alone with a spoon. There is actually an insulting amount granola and coconut flakes in the bowl. So much so, Playa in Cherry Hill has given me enough granola and coconut flakes for several more servings later. They ran out of coffee concentrate for an order placed at 11.10am on a Friday (Dolce Latte Smoothie 16oz). My option was to get a refund or make it without it which I told the representative that was OK at the time but there is a price difference; so all is not well and they were not helpful at all. Reading the most Recent reviews I should have know better. Do better.

The one employee Jane is literally the sweetest and makes my bowls look the cutest every time as well. Great music, great vibes, great store! Five across the boards and great customer service!
